Firstly, we would like to compliment the Kesari MICE team for having taken all the necessary measures to make our Philips Light Dealers Association (PLDA) trip to Thailand a most memorable experience. We really appreciate their skills in managing our group of around 400 people, handling even minor details to ensure everyone felt comfortable on tour.
